Carbon Quality Comparison
In this video we compared our Mustang carbon fiber center console with another manufacturer of carbon console side by side to show how finish quality can vary. In the highlighted areas, you can see differences in weave consistency, surface clarity, and overall fit-and-finish - details that matter when you want an interior upgrade to look clean, OEM-level and premium look. We recommend you to run video in 4k to see the difference in details.

Manufacturing Proof (Real Carbon Fiber Construction)

Customization Options
Choosing the right steering wheel is mostly about matching your interior style and driving feel. Below are the main customization options available across our Mustang steering wheel builds.

OEM Fitment & Installation Overview
Most Mustang owners ask two things before upgrading their steering wheel: will it fit correctly, and will the factory airbag and controls still work? Our wheels are built around OEM compatibility. Check our video which is a step-by-step overview of the installation process.
Installation Steps
Installation time: Approximately 20–40 minutes
Difficulty level: Medium. (We also offer in-house installation by our expert team)
1. Steering Wheel Overview
Quick walkthrough of the wheel (carbon top, stripe, Alcantara/leather, and the color-matched edge accent trim).
2. Required Tools
Before beginning installation, prepare the necessary tools. Typical tools include:
- 4mm Allen key (airbag release)
- 24mm socket (center bolt)
- 10mm socket
- Torx driver (used for wheel screws)
- Plastic trim removal tools
3. Airbag Removal
Disconnect the battery before working with the airbag system.
- Use the Allen key through the two side holes to push the spring pins and release the airbag (one side, then the other).
- Disconnect the airbag connectors (yellow connectors; lift the orange lock if needed).
- Remove the center bolt with the 24mm socket while holding the wheel.
- Disconnect the gray connector (controls harness) and keep the wheel aligned as you pull it off.
4. Steering Wheel Assembly & Installation
Transfer necessary components from the factory steering wheel as required for your model. Align the new carbon fiber steering wheel correctly on the column, secure the mounting bolt to proper torque specifications, reconnect wiring, and reinstall the airbag.
After installation, reconnect the battery and verify that all controls function properly and no warning lights are present.
